Claims (3)
- 강판상에 중량비로서 Ni/(Fe+Ni)=0.02내지 0.50의 범위의 조성을 가지는 두께 10내지 5000A의 철-니켈합금으로 이루어진 제1층을 형성하는 공정과 상기 제1층상에 0.1내지 1g/㎡의 범위의 주석도금을 시행하여 제2층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 제2층상에 전해 크롬메이트처리에 의해 소정량의 금속크롬과 크롬수화산화물로 이루어진 제3층을 형성하는 공정과를 지니고 이루어진 전기저항용접용 표면처리강판의 제조방법에 있어서 전해크롬메이트 처리의 욕조성을 크롬산으로 환산하여 CrO310내지 100g/ℓ 또한 H2SO4농도를 CrO3와의 중량비로 환산하여 H2SO4/CrO3=0.003내지 0.01의 범위로 한정하여 전해크롬메이트처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 저항용접용 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
- 강판상에 중량비로서 Ni(Fe+Ni)=0.02내지 0.50의 범위의 조성을 가지는 두께 10내지 5000A의 철-니켈합금으로 이루어진 제1층을 형성하는 공정과 상기 제1층상에 0.1내지 1g/㎡의 범위의 주석도금을 시행한 후, 용주석처리를 하여 제2층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 제2층상에 전해 크롬메이트처리에 의해 소정량의 금속크롬과 크롬수화산화물로 이루어진 제3층을 형성하는 공정과를 지니고 이루어진 전기 저항용접용 표면처리강판의 제조방법에 있어서 전해크롬메이트 처리의 욕조성을 크롬산으로 환산하여 CrO310내지 100g/ℓ 또한 H2SO4농도를 CrO3과의 중량비로 환산하여 H2SO4/CrO3=0.003내지 0.01의 범위로 하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 저항용접용 표면처리강판의 제조방법.
