Claims (7)
- 기재 강판, 도금층의 적어도 하나의 주성분으로서 아연을 함유하는, 상기 강판상의 1 또는 그 이상의 도금층, 그리고 0.03 내지 3.0/㎡의 양의 아연을 함유하며 상기 도금층의 최외층에 형성되고, 산화아연 및 산화아연중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 산화층으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점용접성이 우수한 아연- 또는 아연합금-도금강판.
- 1 또는 그 이상의 도금층을 가지며, 상기 도금층의 적어도 하나는 주성분으로서 아연을 함유하는 강판을 제조하는 공정, 그리고 산화아연 및 산화아연중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 산화층을 상기 산화층의 아연함량으로 환산하여 0.03 내지 3.0/㎡의 양으로 상기 도금층의 최외층상에 형성시키기 위해서 아연이온과 1 또는 그 이상의 산화제를 함유하는 용액에서 전해 또는 무전해 반응에 의해 상기 도금층의 최외층상에 아연을 부착함과 동시에 부착된 아연을 산화시키는 공정으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아연- 또는 아연합금의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 아연을 부착과 동시에 산화시키는 공정은, 산화아연 및 수산화아연중중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 산화층을 상기 산화층의 아연함량으로 환산하여 0.03 내지 3.0/㎡의 양으로 상기 도금층의 최외층상에 형성시키기 위하여 상기 강판을 0.5 내지 30%의 과산화수소를 함유하는 도금욕에서 전기갈바나이징 처리하여 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 아연을 부착과 동시에 산화시키는 공정은, 산화아연 및 수산화아연중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 산화층을 상기 산화층의 아연함량으로 환산하여 0.03 내지 3.0/㎡의 양으로 상기 도금층의 최외층상에 형성시키기 위하여 상기 강판을 아연이온과 1 또는 그 이상의 산화제를 함유하는 산성욕에서 상기 강판을 음극으로 사용하여 상기 강판을 전기분해함으로써 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 아연을 부착과 동시에 산화시키는 공정은, 산화아연 및 수산화아연중 적어도 하나를 함유하는 산화층을 상기 산화층의 아연함량으로 환산하여 0.03 내지 3.0/㎡의 양으로 상기 도금층의 최외층상에 형성시키기 위하여 아연이온 및 1 또는 그 이상의 산화제를 함유하는 용액과 상기 강판을 접촉시켜 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 질산 및 질산염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 5 내지 1000g/l의 양으로 아연이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
