Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance spot weldability of a steel plate by coating a Zn-Ni alloy plating layer with high corrosion resistance formed on a steel plate by a specific amount of phosphate film. CONSTITUTION:Zn-Ni alloy containing 9-20% of Ni is plated on a surface of a steel plate to obtain a coated steel plate with highly excellent corrosion resistance. Moreover, if 0.1-3.0g/m<2> of phosphate film is formed on a surface of this steel plate by a spraying method, an immersing method or the like, because electric resistance is enhanced in case of contacting a steel plate with a welding tip, electric current concentration and head generating amount in a contact point of a welding tip can be increased and spot weldability is improved.
