프레스 성형성, 화성처리성 등에 뛰어난 아연계 도금강판 및 그 강판의 제조방법

제1도는 전기아연도금 강판표면에 형성한 비정질 산화물에 피막의 결정구조를 나타낸 전자현미경사진, 제2도는 전기아연도금 강판표면에 비정질 산화물계피막을 형성한 표면의 전자프로우브 마이크로 아나라이저 선분석도, 제3도는 제1도의 강판을 드로우비이드 접동시험에 건 후의 표면의 결정구조를 나타낸 전자 현미경사진.

Claims (17)

  1. 아연계 도금강판의 아연계 도금표면에 무기 산화물 적어도 1종을 1~500㎎/㎡(무기원소의 중량으로서)함유하는 피막을 형성시킨 프레스 성형성, 화성 처리성이 뛰어난 아연계 도금강판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 산화물이 Mn, Mo, Co, Ni, Ca 및 P의 산화물로서된 군에서 선택된 1종의 산화물인 아연계 도금강판.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 무기 산화물이 Mm산화물인 아연계 도금강판.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 인산 및/또는 붕산, 소망에 따라 Mo산화물, W산화물 및 V산화물에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 산화물을 1000㎎/㎡(2종 이상의 경우는 그 합계량)이하로 추가로 함유한 아연계 도금강판.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 무기산화물이 P산화물인 아연계 도금강판.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 붕산 1~500㎎/㎡(B로서)및/또는 기타의 무기 산화물을 추가로 함유한 아연계 도금강판.
  7. 아연계 도금강판의 아연계 도금표면에 무기 산화물 및/또는 그 수산화물의 적어도 1종을 1~500㎎/㎡(무기원소환산 중량으로서)와 산소산 및/또는 무기 산화물 콜로이드의 적어도 1종을 1~500㎎/㎡(무기원소환산중량으로서)로서 이루어진 무기계 피복층을 형성시킨 웅착방지와 구름윤활기능을 합쳐 갖는 프레스 형성성, 화성 처리성이 뛰어난 아연계 도금강판.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 응착방지기능을 도금층과의 계면에 강하게, 구름윤활기능을 피복층 표면에 강하게, 경사 피복시킨 아연계 도금강판.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 무기 산화물 및/또는 그 수산화물이 Mn, Mo, Co, Ni, Ca, Cr, V, W, Ti, Al및 Zn로서 된 금속원소의 산화물 또는 수산화물인 아연계 도금강판.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연도금표면과 상기 피막과의 사이에 상기 표면에 직접 제공된 Zn산화물로서 된 피막을 추가로 갖는 아연계 도금강판.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피막을 형성하는 무기산화물이 Mn의 산화물이며, 상기 Zn산화물의 양이 3~500㎎/㎡(Zn 환산)인 아연계 도금강판.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피막이 붕상 및/또는 인산화물을 더 함유하고 있는 것이 아연계 도금강판.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 Zn산화물로서 피막이 Zn산화물로서 30~3000㎎/㎡를 함유한 것이 아연계 도금강판.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 Zn산화물로서 된 피막의 위에 Mn, Mo, Co, Ni, Ca, W, V, 및 B의 산화물군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 산화물을 1000㎎/㎡이하 함유한 피막을 추가로 형성시킨 아연계 도금강판.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, Zn산화물로서 된 상기 피막상에 P산화물과 Zn산화물을 각각 1~500㎎/㎡를 함유한 피막을 추가로 형성시킨 아연계 도금강판.
  16. 도금층 표면에, 프레스 성형적 도금층 표면에 밀착하고, 그 변형에 뒤따라서 피복을 유지하는 응착방지기능과, 금형과 도금층간의 구름윤활기능을 합쳐 갖는 무기계 피복층 2~2000㎎/㎡(금속으로서)를 형성시킬때에, 아연계 도금강판을 Mn, Mo, Co, Ni, Ca, Cr, V, W, Ti, Al및 Zn의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 금속이온을 함유하고, 또한 P, B 의 1종 또는 2종의 산소산를 함유한 pH5 이하의 자성 수용액에 접촉 또는 그 액중에서 음극전해처리함으로서 이루어지는 프레스 성형성, 화성 처리성이 뛰어난 아연계 도금강판의 제조방법.
  17. 아연계 도금강판의 표면에 아연 산화물을, (a)아연계 도금강판을 산성 산화제 수용액에 접촉시킨다, (b)아연계 도금강판을 아연이온과 산화제 함유 수용액 중에서 음극전해처리한다, (c)300~600℃의 아연계 도금 강판표면에 기수 혼합체를 불어 붙인다.
    상기 (a),(b),(c)의 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 생성하고 이어서 그 상층에 Mn, Mo, Co, Ni, Ca, Cr, V, W, Ti 및 Al을 함유한 금속이온 및 P,B를 함유한 산소산의 적어도 1종을 함유한 pH5 이하의 산성 수용액에 접촉 또는 그 수용액 중에서 음극전해처리함으로서 이루어지는 프레스 성형성, 화상 처리성이 뛰어난 아연계 도금강판의 제조방법.
