개량된 용접성을 가진 표면 처리된 강판과 그 제조방법(Surface treated Steel Strik having Improved Weldability and process for making)

제1도는 근원적인 금속크로윰량의 기능으로서의 소성처리(200℃, 20분간)로 얻은 합금에 있어서의 주석(tin) 함유량을 표시하는 도표이다.
제2도는 주석층상의 금속크로윰량과 기본적 크로윰으로서 계산된 수산화된 산화크로윰량의 기능으로서 래커칠을 한후의 내부식력을 표시하는 도표이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 강판과 코오팅중량 50 내지 150㎎/㎡에서 강판상에 도착된 금속크로윰층과 코오팅중량 50 내지 400㎎/㎡에서 크로윰층상에 도착된 금속주석층과 주석층상에 도착되고 본질적으로 3 내지 15㎎/㎡의 금속크로윰과 3 내지 15㎎/㎡의 기초크로윰으로서의 수산화 크로윰으로 구성되는 크롬산염 코오팅층을 포함하는 개량된 용접성을 가지는 표면 처리된 강판.
  2. 최소한 강판의 한표면을 세정하고 코오팅 중량 50 내지 150㎎/㎡에서 코로윰 전착을 세정된 강판표면에서 받게하고 크로윰 도착된 강판을 물로 세정하고 0.5이하의 pH에서 릿터당 1.5 내지 10g의 Sn 이온을 함유하는 산성욕내에서 강판을 주석전착시키고, 주석은 코오팅 중량 50 내지 400㎎/㎡에서 도착되고, 주석이 도착된 강판은 물론 세정하고 연후에 50g/l까지의 CrO3와 최소한 10A/d㎡의 전류밀도에서 유산, 유산염 플루오루화물로 구성되는 구루으프중에서 최소한 선택된 어느 하나를 함유하는 크롬산염 내에서 강판은 크롬산염처리를 받게되고, 이때에 본질적으로 3 내지 15㎎/㎡의 금속크로윰과 3 내지 15㎎/㎡의 기초 크로움으로서 계산된 수산화된 산화크로윰으로 구성되는 크롬산염 코오팅층을 형성하는 개링된 용접성을 가지는 표면처리된 강판의 제조방법.
  3. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서 Sn와 유산과 불용해 양극을 함유하는 산성의 주석도금욕은 주석전착을 실시하기 위하여 이용되는 개량된 용접성을 가지는 표면처리된 강판의 제조방법.
