Claims (8)
- Zn 또는 Zn계 도금강판의 표면에 MgO 피막을 0.1~10.0g/m2형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, MgO 피막량이 0.5~6.0g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판.
- Zn 또는 Zn계 도금강판의 표면에 마그네슘 알콕사이드 화합물을 함유하는 용액을 도포하고, 다음으로 가열처리를 실시해서 MgO 피막을 0.1~10.0g/m2형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판.
- 제3항에 있어서, 마그네슘 알콕사이드 화합물이, 마그네슘 에톡사이드, 마그네슘 메톡사이드, 마그네슘 프로폭사이드 또는 마그네슘 부톡사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 마그네슘염을 주로 함유하는 용융염욕에 수분 및 산소, 산소이온, 수산화물 이온중 1종류 또는 2종류 이상을 함유시켜서, 각 용융염욕에 Zn 혹은 Zn계 도금 강판을 침지해서, 각 도금 강판표면에 산화 마그네슘피막을 0.1~10.0g/m2형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판.
- 마그네슘염을 주로 함유하는 용융염욕에 수분 및 산소, 산소이온, 수산화물 이온중 1종류 또는 2종류 이상을 함유시켜서, 각 용융염욕에 Zn 또는 Zn계 도금 강판을 음극 전해처리해서, 각 도금 강판 표면에 산화 마그네슘피막을 0.1~10.0g/m2형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판.
- 마그네슘염과 아연염을 주로 함유하는 용융염욕에 수분 및 산소, 산소이온, 수산화물 이온중 1종류 또는 2종류 이상을 함유시켜서, 각 용융염욕에서 강판을 음극전해처리하여, 각 강판에 Zn계 도금층과 그위에 산화 마그네슘피막을 0.1~10.0g/m2형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, MgO 피막양이 0.5~6.0g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 및 도금 밀착성이 뛰어난 Zn계 도금강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
