제2도는 pH수준을 변화시키면서 염화물과 황산염욕(both)에서 침지된 Zn-Ni판금과 아연(Zn)의 박락 정도를 표시하는 선도.
제3도는 일면에 아연이 도금된 스테인레스 강판의 생산과정을 표시하는 불록도.
제4도는 본 발명에 따르는 실험실의 일측전기 도금계통을 표시하는 약도.
Claims (17)
- 빅커스 경도가 220이하인 스테인레스 강판의 표면에 알루미늄, 알루미늄합금, 아연, 아연합금으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 금속이 0.1-70㎛의 두께로 적어도 한층이상의 피복층으로서 강판의 표면에 형성된 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 알루미늄인 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 알루미늄 합금인 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 아연인 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층이 아연합금인 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복층의 두께가 1-70㎛인 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 빅커스 경도가 220이하인 스테인레스 강판의 표면에 알루미늄, 알루미늄합금, 아연, 아연합금으로부터 선택된 1종이상의 금속이 0.1-70㎛의 두께로 한층 이상의 피복층으로서 강판의 표면에 형성되어 있으며, 가장 바깥의 피복층이 아연 또는 아연합금이고, 이 아연 또는 아연합금의 바깥 표면에 두께 1㎛이하의 크롬 피복층을 갖는 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제7항에 있어서, 피복층의 총 두께가 1-70㎛인 외장용 스테인레스 강판.
- 스테인레스 강편의 유지를 제거하고, 상기 강편의 표면을 본질적으로 활성화시킨후, pH3.5이하인 아연 또는 아연-니켈 합금 도금 전해조 속에서 상기 강편을 전기도금시키는 단계로 구성되는 아연 또는 아연-니켈 도금 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 활성화 단계가 25-90。C 온도에서 0.5-40중량%의 염산용액에 스테인레스 강편을 침지시켜 수행되는 아연 또는 아연-니켈 도금 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 활성화 단계가 50-90。C의 온도에서 1-100 중량 %의 황산용액에스테인레스강편을 침지시켜 수행되는 아연 또는 아연-니켈도금 스테인레스 강편의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 활성화 단계가 전류밀도 0.0-100A/dm2, 온도90。C 이하에서 0.5-40 중량 %의 염산용액중에 스테인레스 강판의 표면을 침지시켜 음극 전기분해 아연 또는 아연-니켈도금 스테인레스 강편의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 활성화 단계가 전류밀도 0.0-100A/dm2,온도 90。C 이하에서적어도 1중량%이상의 황산용액중에 스테인레스 강편의 표면을 침지시켜 음극 전기분해 처리하여 수행되는 아연 또는 아연-니켈도금 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 아연 또는 아연 합금으로 스테인레스강편의 한쪽면을 전기도금하는 반면에, 상기 강판의 도금되지 않는 다른쪽면 보호용 필름으로 피복하여 이루어지는 한쪽면이 도금된 외장용 스테인레스 강판의 제조방법.
- 스테인레스 강판의 표면에 아연과 아연합금으로 부터 선택된 1종이상의 금속이 0.1-50㎛의 두께로 적어도 1층 이상의 피복층으로서 강판의 표면에 형성된 용접관 제조용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제15항에 있어서, 아연 합금이 아연-니켈합금, 아연-철합금, 아연-망간합금인 용접관 제조용 스테인레스 강판.
- 제15항에있어서, 피복층의 두께가 1-50㎛인 용접관 제조용 스테인레스강판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
