제l도는 Fe-P도금중의 P함유율과 초기(5초후) 결정핵수와의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.
제2a도 및 제2b도는 각기 본발명 강판(냉연강판상에 P함유율 1.5중량%의 Fe-P도금율 2.5g/m2입된 것)과 비고예(spcc)의 화성처리(그라노진 SD-2000) 120초후의 750배 주사형전자 현미경 사진.
제3도는 본 명세서 (III)의 실시예 1의 조건으로 NaH2PO2H2O를 농도변화 시킴으로써 여러가지 P함유율의 Fe-P도금 강판에 그라지논 SD2000처리를 하여, 이 도금강판에 염수분무시험을 하고 적청발생의 면적율이 10%를 넘는 것에 의한 시간으로 나타낸 P함유율과 내식성의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.
제4도는 본 명세서의 (III)의 실시예 3의 조건으로 도금을 하여 화성을 한 다음, 염수 분무시험(JlS Z 2371)에 의의 50해사이클시험을 하고, 녹을 벗겨서 포인트 마이크로미터에 의해 최대판두 께감소량을 측정한 여러가지 도금강판의 내식성을 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (8)
- 최소한 한쪽면에서 P함유율이 0.0003-15중량%인 Fe-P도금층을 0.01g/m2이상 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염화성처리성에 뛰어난 Fe-P계도금강판.
- 최소한 한쪽면에 P함유율이 0.0003-15중량%인 Fe-P도금층을 0.01g/m2이상 형성하고, 이 Fe-P 도금층상에 Ni,Zn,Mn, Ti의 어느하나를 5-50mg/m2부착시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염화성처리에 뛰어난 Fe-P계 도금강판.
- 내층으로서 Zn 또는 Zn계합금도금층을 외층으로서 함유율이 0.0003-15중량%이며, 부착량이 0.5g/m2이상의 Fe-P도금층을 최소한 한쪽면에 형성해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염화성처리성에 뛰어난 Fe-P계도금강판.
- 내층으로서 Zn 또는 Zn계합금도금층을 외층으로 P함유율이 0.0003-15중량%이며 부착량 0.5g/m2이상의 Fe-P도금층을 최소한 한쪽면에 형성하고, 이Fe-P도금층상에 Ni,Zn,Mn,Ti의 어느하나를 5-50mg/m2부착시켜서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염화성 처리성에 뛰어난 Fe-P계도금강판.
- 페인트코오팅없이 부식저항력을 개량하고, 0.0003-15중량%의 인함유량 최소한 강철선의 한표면에 최소한 0.01g/m2의 조싱이 되도록 전착된 Fe-P시스템의 제일위의 층과 화학적으로인으로 Fe-P도금처리가 된 표면필름을 포함하는 인산염처리 강철선.
- 제5항에 있어서 Fe-P표면처리한 층이 직접 강철선에 부착되는 인산염처리 강철선.
- 제5항에 있어서 아연 또는 아연합금의 층이 최소한 강철선의 한 표면에 전착되고 또한 제1위의 Fe-P표면 처리한층이 최소한 0.5g/m2가 성되도록 전착된 조인산염처리강철선.
- 함유율이 0.0003-15중량%인 Fe-P계 도금강판을 제조함에 있어서, 0.3몰/1이상 용해한 이내의 Fe2이온과 NaH2 PO2,H2O로서 0.001-25g/l에 해당하는 차아인산 및 또는 차아인산염을 주로 함유하는 도금욕을 사용하여 PH=1,0-5,0온도 30-60℃ 전류밀도 20A/dm2초과 200A/dm2이하의 조건으로 전기도금함으로써 Fe-P를 주체로 하는 Fe-P게 도금을 최소한 한쪽면에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe-P계도금강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
