소부 경화성이 우수한 유기피복 강판 및 그 제조방법

제2도는 크로메이트 처리액에의 메탄올 첨가량이 크롬 고정율에 미치는 영향을 표시하는 그래프.
제3도는 크로메이트 처리액의 인산첨가량이 크롬 고정율에 미치는 관계를 표시하는 그래프.

Claims (14)

  1. 소부경화성을 가지는 극저탄소강판, 상기 강판기재의 표면에 10 내지 40g/m2의 양으로 아연계 합금층을 침전 고착하고 상기 아연합금층 위에 금속크롬을 최소한 10mg/m2의 양의 크로메이트층을 형성하고, 상기 크로메이트층에 150℃까지의 소부온도로 유기코팅을 피복하여서 이루어지는 양호한 소부경화성을 가지는 유기코팅 강판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기피막에 실리카를 함유하는 유기코팅 강판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기피막이 0.5 내지 3㎛의 두께를 가지는 유기 코팅강판.
  4. 소부경화성을 가지는 극저탄소강 소재의 한면에 아연합금층을 10 내지 40g/m2의 양으로 침전고착하고, 상기 소재의 아연합금층 위에 금속크롬으로 계산하여 적어도 mg/m2의 양을 크로메이트 처리하여 크롬 메이트층을 형성하고 상기 크로메이트 층상에 유기코팅을 피복하여 150℃까지의 온도에서 코팅을 소부하는 것을 단계적으로 행하여 개선된 소부경화성을 가지는 유기코팅 강판을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서 상기 크로메이트 처리는 크로메이트 화합물, 환원제와 산잔분수지 및 실리카에서 선택한 한가지를 함유하는 수성 크로메이트 용액을 사용하는 방법.
  6. 소부경화성을 가지는 극저탄소강재의 한표면에 아연합금의 층을 침전고착하고, 상기 아연합금층 위에 크로메이트 처리를하여 크로메이트층을 형성하고 크로메이트 층위에 유기코팅을하고 이를 150℃ 이하의 온도에서 소부를 행하는 여기에서 상기 크로메이트 처리를 크로메이트 화합물, 환원제, 및 산잔부, 수지, 실리카에서 선택한 적어도 한가지를 함유하는 수성크로메이트 용액을 사용하는 것의 단계로 이루어지는 향상된 소부경화성을 가지는 유기피막 강판의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서 상기 환원제는 메타놀, 과산화수소, 에틸렌글리콜, 석신산, 및 석신산 이미드로된 그룹에서 선택한 것인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 상기 환원제는 CrO3그람몰당 0.2 내지 1.9g 원자의 수소의 충분한 양으로 가하는 것인 방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서 상기 산잔분은 인산 또는 보론산의 잔분인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서 상기 산잔분은 산분분대 CrO3의 중량 비율이 0.05 내지 0.3의 양으로 첨가하는 것인 방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서 상기 수지는 아크릴산으로 이루어진것인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서 상기 수지는 무게비율이 0.1 내지 20의 수지대 CrO3비율의 양으로 하는 것인 방법.
  13. 제6항에 있어서 상기 실리카는 콜로이드 실리카인 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서 실리카는 0.3 내지 3.0의 무게비인 SiO2/CrO3비의 양으로 가하는 방법.
