Claims (17)

  1. 아연합금도금강판(Zine alloy-plated steel sheet), 크롬산염층(chromate layer)및 유기코팅층(organic coating layer)의 순서대로, 적어도 강판의 일측면 이상에 형성되도록 구성되고, 상기 유기코팅층은 100중량부의 수용성수지와, 5-80중량부의 콜로이드상의 실리카(collidal silica)와, 1-40중량부의 실래인 카프링제(silane coupling agent)와, 1-20중량부의 실리콘 또는 불화물 함유 발수제(fluorine-containing water repellent)및 5-20중량부의 수용성 이소시아네이트 계 가교제(water-soluble isocyanate crosslinking agent)와로 구성되는 코팅성분을 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판(corrosion preventive steel sheet).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연합금도급강판은 아연-닉켈 합금도금강판(Zn-Ni alloy-plated steel sheet)으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아연합금도금강판은 아연-철 합금도금강판(Zn-Fe alloy-plated steel sheet)으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는내부식성 강판.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아연-철 합금도금강판은 아연도금된 강판을 가열하므로써 얻어지는 아연도금강판(galvanized steel sheet)으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아연-철 합금도금강판은 아연-철 합금이 철 성분을 6-20중량% 함유하도록 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬산염층은 1-500mg/㎡의 량으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬산염층과 유기코팅층은 상기 아연합금도금강판의 반대편측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성수지는 수용성우레탄수지(water-soluble urethane resin)로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기코팅층은 0.5-5.0g/㎡의 량으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아 네이트계 가교제는 160℃보다 낮지 않는 온도범위와 3분 보다 짧지 않은 시간동안 가열하는 조건하에서 분리해제되는 이소시아네이트그룹을 갖는 지방족폴리 이소시아네이트(aliphatic polyisocianate)로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅성분은 또한 상기 수용성의 유기성수지 100중량부 당 10-200중량부의 비금속분말(nonmetallic powder)로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 비금속분말은 이산화 실리콘(sio2)의 분말로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 비금속분말은 0.1-5마이크로미터의 크기로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판.
  14. 적어도 일측면 이상에 크롬산염층을 가진 아연합금도금강판을 준비하고, 이 강판에는 그 최소한 일측면 이상에 100중량부의 수용성의 유기성수지와, 5-80중량부의 콜로이드상의 실리카와, 1-40중량부의 실래인 카플링제와, 1-20중량부의 실리콘 또는 불화물 함유 발수제 및 5-20중량부의 수용성 이소시아네이트 계가교제와로 구성된 코팅성분을 도포하고, 최종온도가 90-200℃에서 5-120초 동안 베이킹(baking)되도록 하여서 되는 내부식성 강판의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 코팅성분은 적어도 상기 아연합금도금강판의 일측면상 이상으로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판의 제조방법.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 코팅성분은 상기 아연합금도금강판의 반대편 측면상에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판의 제조방법.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 코팅성분은 또한 상기 수용성수지 100중량부 당 비금속분말 10-200중량부가 추가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부식성 강판의 제조방법.
