Abstract
(목적)
니켈 또는 코발트로 예비플래시 처리를 필요로 하지 않는 단일 공정의 크로메이트 처리에 의해 아연함유금속도금강판위에 내흑변성과 내백청성이 우수한 크로메이트피막층을 형성시키는 것이다.
(구성)
Cr6+이온, CR3+이온, 무기산(질산및/또는 황산) 및 추가의 금속이온 예를 들면, Zn, Ni, Co 및/또는 Al 이온으로 이루어지고, Cr3+/Cr6+의 몰비가 1/9 내지 4/1이고, 무기산/전크롬이온의 몰비가 0.1/1내지 2/1이고 및 추가의 금속이온/무기산의 몰비가 0.05/1 내지 1/1이고, 필요에 따라 0.3/1 이하의 인산이온/전크롬이온의 몰비로 인산이온을 함유하는 크로메이트코팅액을 아연함유금속도금강판에 도포하고, 금속크롬으로 환산하여 10 내지 200㎎/㎡의 양만큼 크롬피막층을 형성하기 위해 수세없이 건조시킨다.

Claims (2)
- 내흑변성과 내백청성이 우수한 아연함유금속도금강판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 6가크롬이온, 3 가크롬이온, 질산과 황산으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어진 무기산 및 아연, 니켈, 코발트 및 알루미늄등의 이온으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종으로 이루어진 추가의 금속이온으로 이루어지고, 3가크롬이온대 6가크롬이온의 몰비가 1:9 내지 4:1이고, 무기산대 전크롬이온의 몰비가 0.1:1 내지 2:1이고, 추가의 금속 이온대 무기산의 몰비가 0.05:1 내지 1:1인 수성크로메이트 코팅액을 아연함유금속도금 강판에 도포하는 공정 및 금속크롬으로 환산하여 10 내지 200㎎/㎡의 양을 갖고 있는 건조피막이 형성되도록 도금강판표면에 도포된 코팅액을 건조시키는 공정르로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크로메이트코팅액은 추가의 무기산으로서 0.3:1이하의 인산이온대 전크롬이온의 몰비로 인산이온을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
