내충격밀착성이 우수한 Za-Ni합금도금강판 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 진처리된 하부층의 미소크랙폭과 Zn-Ni합금 전기도금 강판의 내충격 밀착성 사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.
제2도는 전처리된 하부층의 미소크랙밀도와 Zn-Ni합금 전기도금 강판의 내충격밀착성 사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 Zn-Ni합금으로 얇게 도금된 하부층을 용해하여 전처리한 하부도금층의 전자현미경사진.

Claims (2)

  1. 내충격밀착성 및 내파우더링성 뿐만아니라 내식성이 우수하며, 강판 ; 강판의 적어도 한면에 도금되어, 폭 0.01-0.5㎛, 표면적 점유율 10-60%의 미소크랙이 무질서하게 분포되는 얇은 Zn-Ni합금 하부도금층 ; 및 Zn-Ni합금 상부도금층으로 구성되는 Zn-Ni합금 전기도금강판.
  2. 강판의 적어도 한면에 r-단상 또는(r+α)-2상의 Zn-Ni합금을 0.1-5.0g/㎡의 양으로 초기 전기도금하여 하부층을 형성시키고 이와같이 초기도금된 강판을 Ni2+/Zn2+비 1.0-4.0으로 Ni2+를 20s/l이상, Zn2+를 20g/l이상 함유하는 산성용액속에 용액온도 40-70℃에서 침지시간(T,초)/초기도금량(W,g/㎡)=5-20의 기간동안 통전시킴이 없이 침지하여 Ni함유량이 높은 전처리된 하부층을 형성시킨다음, 그 위에 Zn-Ni합금 상부도금층을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는 내충격 밀착성 및 내파우더링성 뿐만아니라 내식성이 우수한 Zn-Ni합금 전기도금강판을 제조하는 방법.
