내식성동에 뛰어난 Zn-Fe-P계 합금전기 도금강판
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 Zn-Fe-P 합금전기도금의 P 함유율과 판두께 감소치 및 도금밀착성과의 관계를 나타낸 도면.
제2도는 복합부식시험에 사용한 판접합부시료의 사시도.
제3도는 Zn-Fe-P 합금전기도금에 있어서의 도금욕중의 NaH2P02H20 첨가량과 도금증중의 p 함유율과의 관계를 나타낸 그라프이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 최소한 그중의 한표면이 전기도금된 Zn-Fe-P합금을 가지고, 또 상술한 합금도금처리는 본질적으로 그 중량대비 5내지 30%의 철, 0,0003내지 0.5%의 인과 남어지는 아연을 함유하는 내식성 도금강판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 상술한 도금처리의 인함유량의 범위는 0.003내지 0.3%인 내식성 도금강판.
  3. 제1항과 제2항에 있어서 상술한 도금처리의 철함유량의 범위는 10내지 25%인 내식성 도금강판.
