제2도 내지 제4도는 본 발명의 각기 다른 실시예에 따른 강관의 확대 단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 강관체와, 그 강관체의 외면에 피복된 아연-니켈 합금 도금층과, 그 도금층상에 에폭시수지를 중간층으로 하여 피복된 폴리비닐플루오라이층으로 구성된 다층 피막을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강관체의 외면과 아연-니켈 합금 도금층 사이에 0.2 내지 10㎛의 니켈도금층이 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아연-니켈 합금 도금층 상에 크롬산염층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 강관체의 외면에 구리도금층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 아연-니켈 합금 도금층 니켈함량이 약 2 내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지의 두께가 약 3 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐플루오라이드 층은 약 10 내지 25㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  8. 강관체와, 그 강관체의 외면에 형성된 0.2 내지 10㎛의 니켈도금층과, 그 내켈도금층에 피복된 아연-니켈 합금 도금층과, 그 아연-니켈 합금 도금층 상에 에폭시 수지를 중간층으로 한 상태로 피복된 폴리비닐플루오라이층으로 구성되는 다층피막을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 아연-니켈 도금층 상에 크롬산염층이 형성되는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 구리도금층이 강관체의 외면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 아연-니켈 합금 도금층의 니켈 함량이 2 내지 20%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지의 두께가 3 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리비닐플루오라이드 층의 두께가 10 내지 10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
  14. 강관체와, 그 강관체의 외면에 형성된 0.2 내지 10㎛의 니켈도금층과, 그 니켈도금층에 형성된 아연-니켈 도금층과, 그 아연-니켈 도금층에 형성된 크롬산염층과, 그 크롬산염층에 에폭시 수지를 중간층으로 하여 피복된 폴리비닐플루오라이드 층으로 구성되는 다층 피막을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 및 내식성 강관.
