Claims (6)
- 박강판의 적어도 제관시에 관내면이 되는 면에 3내지 100㎛의 열가소성수지층을 가지고, 이 열가소성 수지층위에 5내지 100㎛의 알루미늄박 또는 알루미늄 합금박을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관용강판.
- 제1항에 있어서 박강판이 그의 표면에 금속크롬 및 또는 수산화크롬의 피막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 관용강판.
- 제1항에 있어서 박강판의 제관시에 관외면이 되는 면에 주석 또는 주석합금 도금피막, 아연 또는 아연합금 도금피막, 인산염피막, 2유화 몰리브덴피막, 아연 또는 아연합금도금피막상에 인산연피막을 가지는 구성피막, 유기피막, 금속크롬 및 또는 수산화크롬으로 이루어지는 피막 위에 유기물피막을 가지는 구성피막 중 어는것인가의 윤활성 피막을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관용강판.
- 박강판을 기재로 하는 관체의 내면에 열가소성수지층, 그위에 알루미늄박 또는 알루미늄합금박을 가지고, 다시 그 상층에 열경화성 수지층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체.
- 제4항에 있어서 두께가 1내지 30㎛의 열가소성 수지층과, 두계가 1내지 30㎛의 알루미늄박 또는 알루미늄 합금박과, 두께 1내지 15㎛의 열경화성수지층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체.
- 박강판이 적어도 한쪽측면에 열가소성 수지층과 그 위에 알루미늄박 또는 알루미늄 합금박을 가지는 관용강관을 사용하여, 알루미늄박 또는 알루미늄합금박면이 관내면이 되도록 제관가공을 행하고, 제관가공후의 관내면에 열경화성수지를 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
