Claims (9)

  1. 한개 이상의 금속성 작업 피스의 내부식성 결합을 하기 위한 개량된 구동 성능을 구비한 나사로된 죔쇠에 있어서, 상기 작업 피스내로 상기 생크의 윤활 구동을 조장하도록, 구동 헤드와, 나사로된 내부 코아를 포함하는 합성 나서 생크와, 상기 코아에 도금되는 아연 도금층과, 상기 아연 도금층상에 도금되는 알루미늄 도금층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 죔쇠.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생크는 드릴링 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 죔쇠.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 생크는 알루미늄 도금층상에 코팅된 중합코팅 물질의 상부층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 죔쇠.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 도금은 상기 아연 도금층상에 이온으로된 알루미늄 분무 침전에 의해 도금되는 것을 특징으로 하는 죔쇠.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아연 도금층은 약 0.000508 내지 0.00254㎝ 정도의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 죔쇠.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아연 도금층은 약 0.000762 내지 0.00127㎝ 정도의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 죔쇠.
