Claims (18)

  1. 디프 드로잉하기 위해 준비된 강판에 건성 윤활제 피복을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴 중합체를 함유하는 수용액을 제공하는 단계와, 강판의 적어도 한면에 상기 수용액의 연속적인 액체 피막을 롤 피복하는 단계와, 건성이고 점성이 없는 아크릴 피복을 형성하기에 충분한 시간동안 고온으로 상기 강판을 가열하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 피복은 습기, 오일, 오물 등이 침투되지 않고, 용접가능하고, 접착식으로 접착될 수 있고, 상기 피복된 강판은 별도의 외부 윤활제 없이 디프 드로잉하기 위해 준비된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 약 0.05 이하의 마찰계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 상기 한면상에 1 내지 5gm/㎡로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아연 또는 아연 합금으로, 상기 롤 피복하기전에 상기 강판의 상기 면을 도금하는 부가적인 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가열은 약 149 내지 246℃의 온도로 10초 이내로 유도가열함으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 상기 한면에 1.2 내지 3.4gm/㎡로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 디프 드로잉하기 위해 준비된 강판에 건성 윤활제 피복을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 적어도 0.35mm의 두께를 갖는 강판의 적어도 한면을 금속 도금하는 단계와, 열가소성 아크릴 중합체를 함유하는 수용액을 제공하는 단계와, 상기 강판의 적어도 한면상에 상기 수용액의 연속적인 액체 피막을 롤 피복하는 단계와, 상기 한면 상에 약 1 내지 5gm/㎡의 건성이고, 점섬이 없는 아크릴 피복을 형성하도록 약 149 내지 246℃의 온도로 10초 이내로 상기 강판을 유도가열하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 피복은 습기, 오일, 오물 등이 침투되지 않고, 용접가능하고, 접착식으로 접착가능하고, 약 0.05 이하의 마찰 계수를 갖고 있고, 상기 피복된 강판은 별도의 외부 윤활제 없이 디프 드로잉하기 위해 준비된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 강판을 디프 드로잉하는 방법에 있어서, 열가소성 아크릴 중합체를 함유하는 수용액을 제공하는 단계와, 강판의 적어도 한면상에 상기 수용액의 연속적인 액체 피막을 롤 피복하는 단계와, 습기, 오일, 오물 등이 침투되지 않고, 용접가능하고, 접착식으로 접착가능하고, 약 0.05 이하의 마찰 계수를 갖는 건성이고, 점성이 없는 아크릴 피복을 형성하기에 충분한 시간 동안 고온으로 상기 강판을 가열하는 단계와, 별도의 외부 윤활제없이 상기 피복 강판을 성형 제품으로 드로잉하는 단계와, 상기 코팅을 제거하기 위해 알칼리 용액으로 상기 성형 제품을 세척하는 단계와, 상기 제품을 인산염 피복하여, 상기 면이 중진된 페인팅 특성을 갖게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 상기 한면상에 1 내지 5gm/㎡으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 적어도 0.35mm의 두께를 갖고 있고, 아연 또는 아연 합금 피복으로 상기 롤 피복하기 전에 상기 강판의 적어도 한면을 도금하는 부가적인 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 디프 드로잉하기 위해 준비된 강판에 있어서, 강판의 적어도 한면상에 건성이고, 점성이 없는 연속적인 열가소성 아크릴 피복을 구비하고, 상기 피복은 습기, 오일, 오물 등이 침투되지 않고, 피복된 강판은 용접가능하고, 접착식으로 접착가능하고, 별도의 외부 윤활제없이 변형을 가능하게 하기에 충분한 윤활성을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 상기 하면상에 1 내지 5gm/㎡으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 약 0.05 이하의 마찰계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 상기 한면상에 1.2 내지 3.4gm/㎡으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 0.35mm의 두께를 갖고, 상기 한면상에 아연 또는 아연 합금으로 도금된 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
  16. 디프 드로잉하기 위해 준비된 강판에 있어서, 강판의 적어도 한면상에 건성이고, 점성이 없는 연속적인 열가소성 아크릴 피복을 구비하고, 상기 피복은 약 0.05 이하의 마찰계수를 갖고, 습기, 오일, 오물 등이 침투되지 않고, 피복된 강판은 용접가능하고, 접착식으로 접착가능하고, 별도의 외부 윤활제 없이 변형을 가능하게 하기에 충분한 윤활성을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 강판.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 피복은 상기 한면상에 1 내지 5gm/㎡으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판.
  18. 디프 드로잉하기 위해 준비된 강판에 있어서, 강판의 적어도 한면상에 1 내지 55gm/㎡의 건성이고, 점성이 없는 연속적인 열가소성 아크릴 피복을 구비하고, 상기 피복은 약 0.05 이하의 마찰계수를 갖고, 습기, 오일, 오물 등이 침투되지 않고, 피복된 강판은 용접가능하고, 접착식으로 접착가능하고, 별도의 외부 윤활제 없이 변형을 가능하게 하기에 충분한 윤활성을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 강판.
