디프드로잉 가공된 박판 캔
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 디프드로잉 캔의 일예를 나타내는 도면이고,
제2―A 및 2―B도는 측면부의 단면구조의 일실시예를 나타내는 도면이고,
제3도는 본 발명의 디프드로잉 캔의 대표적인 것(후술하는 실시예1참조)에 대하여 캔바닥부와 측벽에 대하여 평균조도와 캔높이 방향(캔높이 H/캔지름D)과의 관계를 프로트한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 유기피복금속판으로 형성되는 금속캔에 있어서 적어도 내면 유기피막이 결정성의 열가소성수지이고, 몸체벽이 저부보다도 박판화되고, 몸체벽의 열가소성수지가 주로 축방향으로 분자 배향되고 있고, 또 동벽의 금속표면의 조도(거친 정도)가 저부보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 디프드로잉가공캔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 몸체벽의 금속표면의 평균조도가 바닥의 금속표면의 평균조도에 대하여 1.5배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 디프드로잉가공캔.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 몸체벽의 금속표면이 산과 골이 피치가 0.02 내지 1.5㎛인 조면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디프드로잉가공캔.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 몸체벽의 열가소성수지가 X선회 절법에 의한 배향도가 30%이상이 되도록 분자 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디프드로잉가공캔.
  5. 제1항에 있어서 몸체벽의 열가소성수지가 밀도법으로 측정하여 15%이상의 결정화도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디프드로잉가공캔.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 동백의 박판하율이 5∼45%인 것을 특징으로 하는 디프드로잉 가공캔.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성이 열가소성수지가 접착제를 개재하여 금속판으로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디프드로잉가공캔.
