Claims (17)

  1. 강철박 또는 철박의 양면에 접착력이 600g/15mm폭 이상이고, 또 탄성률이 50 내지 10,000g/㎠의 접착제의 층을 개재하여 플라스틱필름을 적층하여 된 적층재의 딥드로잉성형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉 성형용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제가 폴리에스테르 우레탄접착제 또는 폴리에스테르에폭시우레탄접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉 성형용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 강척박 또는 철박이 10 내지 120㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉 성형용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 강철박이 30~50kg/㎟의 항장력과 15~35%의 신장율을 가지는 연질강철박인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉 성형용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 강철박이 40~60kg/㎟의 항장력과 1~15%의 신장율을 가지는 경질강철박인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 강철박 또는 철박이 금속도금층 및/또는 크로메이트층으로 된 표면처리층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 강철박이 강기재의 위에 0.03 내지 0.5g/㎡의 금속크롬층과 금속크롬층위의 Cr로서의 피복량이 1 내지 50mg/㎡의 크롬산화물층을 구비한 틴 프리스틸(TFS)강철박인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱필름이 10 내지 150㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱필름이 폴리프로필렌필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 용기 내면이 되는 측의 필름층에 무기필러가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 무기필러가 0.05 내지 20㎛의 평균입경(粒徑)과, 2.0 내지 9.0의 비중 및 50㎠/g 이상의 은폐성(JISK-5101)을 가지는 백색무기필러인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 무기필러가 수지당 2 내지 50중량%의 양으로 충전되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 무기필러가 2산화티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 드로잉성형하는 소재의 직경을 D용기저부의 직경을 d로 했을 때, 식 R=D/d로 정의되는 드로잉비(R)가 1.5 내지 2.4가 되도록 드로잉성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  15. (A)강기재, 이 강기재의 앙면에 형성된 0.03 내지 0.5g/㎠의 금속크롬층 및 금속크롬층상의 Cr로서의 피복량이 1 내지 50mg/㎡의 크롬산화물로 구성되고, 또 두께가 10 내지 120㎛의 범위내에 있는 강철박. (B) 폴리프로필렌과 이 수지당 2 내지 50중량%의 2 산화티탄과의 조성물로 된 두께 10 내지 150㎛의 플라스틱필름의 내외표면층, 및 (C) 강철박과 내외표면층과의 사이에 개재하는, 접착력이 600g/15mm폭 이상이고, 또 탄성률이 50 내지 10000kg/㎠의 범위내에 있는 접착제층으로구성되는 적층체로 형성되고, 또한 이 적층체를 드로잉성형되는 소재의 직경을 D, 용기저부의 직경을 d로 했을 때, 식 R=D/d로 정의되는 드로잉비(R)가 1.5 내지 2.4가 되도록 드로잉성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기.
  16. 강철박 또는 철박의 양면이 열가소성수지필름으로 피복되고, 또 최소한 용기내면측이 되는 필름층에 무기필러가 충전된 적층재를 딥드로잉 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기의 제조법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 무기필러가 열가소성수지 당 2 내지 50중량%의 양으로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 딥드로잉성형용기의 제조방법.
