전해크롬산염용액 처리강판의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라서 조제된 본 발명 공시체 No.1에 있어서의, 크롬산염피막의 금속크롬층의 조직을 나타낸 전자현미경사진(10,000배).

Claims (2)

  1. 산성전해크롬사염처리용액 속에서 강판에 여러번의 음극전해 크롬산염용액처리를 단속적으로 실시하여, 강판의 적어도 한쪽표면상에 하층으로서의 금속크롬층과, 금속크롬층의 위에 형성된 상층으로서의 수화크롬산화물층으로된 크롬산염피막을 형성하는, 전술한 여러번의 음극전해크롬산염용액 처리중의 적어도 1회를 75∼200A/d㎡의 범위내의 전류밀도로 실행하여, 크롬산염피막의 금속크롬층의 전체표면에 걸쳐서, 다수의 입상돌기를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해크롬산염용액 처리강판의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 여러번의 음극전해크롬산염용액 처리에 앞서, 무수크롬산, 크롬산염 및 중크롬산염중의 적어도 하나를 함유하는 산성전해액속에서 0.3~30쿨롱/dm2의 범위내의 전기량으로, 강판에 양극전해처리를 하여, 강판의 적어도 한쪽표면의 전체에 걸쳐서, 다수의 구멍 및 다수의 얇은 부분을 지닌수화크롬산화물층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 전해크롬산염용액처리강판의 제조방법.
