Claims (11)

  1. 아노드는 기판의 바깥면에 최소한 일부분이 탄탈륨 또는 이것의 합금으로 피복되고, 탄탈륨 또는 탄탈륨 합금의 표면이 전기촉매 작용을 하는 물질의 피복물을 갖는 것으로 구성되는, 최소한 3KA­²의 아노드 전류밀도에서 조작되고 아노드에서 산소가 발생되며 치소한 하나의 아노드 및 최소한 하나의 캐소드로 이루어지는 전해조내에서 수성 전해질이 전기 분해되는 전기분해법.
  2. 아노드가 티타늄 또는 이것의 합금으로 된 기판으로 이루어지고 기판의 바깥면에 최소한 일부분이 탄탈륨 도는 이것의 합금으로 피복되어 있으며, 아노드의 탄탈륨 또는 탄탈륨 합금 표면의 최소한 일부분이 전기촉매 작용을 하는 물질의 피복물을 갖는 최소한 3KA ̄²의 아노드 전류밀도에서 조작되고 아노드에서 산소가 발생되며 최소한 하나의 아노드 및 최소한 하나의 캐소드로 이루어지는 전해조내에서 수성 전해질이 전기분해되는 전기분해법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아노드의 중심부가 티타늄 또는 이것의 합금으로 이루어지고 바깥면이 탄탈륨 또는 이것의 합금으로 이루어지는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아노드가 탄탈륨 층으로 피복되어 있는 티타늄 시트로 이루어지는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 탄탈륨의 층 두께가 5μ-5mm인 방법.
  6. 제1항 부터 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기촉매 작용을 하는 물질의 피복물이 1gm­2-100gm­2양으로 존재하는 방법.
  7. 제1항부터 제5항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 전기 촉매 작용을 하는 물질이 IrO₂의 혼합물로 이루어지는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어떤 항에 있어서, 공정이 10KAm ̄²보다 큰 아노드 전류밀도에서 조작되는 방법.
  9. 제1항부터 제8항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 수성 전해질이 pH가 3이하인 산성 전해질인 방법.
  10. 제1항 부터 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50℃보다 높은 온도에서 조작되는 방법.
  11. 제1항부터 제10항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 전기아연 도금 또는 전기주석 도금인 방법.
