Claims (9)

  1. 전해셀에서 유기염소 화합물중의 염소를 선택적으로 수소로 치환시키는데 유용하고 필수적으로 니켈 40 내지 70%, 크롬 5내지 30%, 및 몰리브덴 3 내지 25%를 함유하는 합금의 표면을 갖는 양극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 합금이 니켈 50 내지 65%, 크롬 12 내지 20%, 및 몰리브덴 4 내지 20%를 함유하는 양극.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 합금이 대략 니켈 55%, 크롬 16%, 몰리브덴 16%, 철 5%, 텅스텐 4%, 코발트 2.5% 및 망간 1%를 함유하는 양극.
  4. 유기염소 화합물 중의 염소를 선택적으로 수소로 치환시키는데 유용하고 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항의 양극 적어도 하나를 포함하는 전해셀.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 은 표면으로 된 음극을 추가로 포함하는 전해셀.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 은이 수성 염기의 존재하에서 교질성, 함수산화은 입자를 전해적으로 환원시켜 생성된 미세결정질 층을 갖는 전해셀.
  7. 전기화학 셀중에서 테트라클로로피콜린 산 또는 3,5,6-트리클로로피콜린 산을 환원적으로 탈염소화 시켜 3.6-디클로로피콜린산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 제4항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항의 전기화학 셀을 이용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 셀이 은의 표면을 갖는 음극을 추가로 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 은이 수성염기의 존재하에서 교질성, 함수 산화은 입자를 전기분해에 의해 환원시켜 생성된 미세결정질 층을 갖는 방법.
