Abstract
본 발명은 긴 수명으로 생성되는 전기분해액이나 가스에 불순물을 거의 포함하지 않도록 할 수 있는 전해용즌극 및 당해 전극을 사용하는 전기 분해조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전도성 다이아몬드 구조를 갖는 전극물질을 사용하는 전기분해용 전극 및 당해 전극을 사용하는 오존 생성, 산성수 및 알카리수 생성 혹은 부식성의 전해질이나 전기분해액을 사용하는 전기분해 등에 사용되는 전기분해조에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 전극 기체(基體)와 당해 전극 기체 표면에 피복된 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특성으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질이 붕소, 인 및/또는 흑연을 함유하는 다이아몬드임을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질이 다이아몬드와 전도성 물질의 복합 물질임을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전도성 물질이 무정형 산화규소임을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질이 탄화규소 및/또는 탄화텅스텐임을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극 기체가 카본이거나 티탄, 니오브 및 탄탈로부터 선택된 밸브 금속임을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밸브 금속의 탄화물 및/또는 탄화규소로 이루어진 중간층이 전극 기체와 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질의 피복층과의 사이에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 다이아몬드 구조 물질의 피복층에 추가로 백금족 금속 및/또는 이의 산화물로 이루어진 전극물질의 피복함을 특징으로 하는 전해용 전극.
- 이온교환막으로 구획된 양극실과 음극실의 2실을 갖는 전해조에 있어서, 양극실에 수용되는 양극과 음극실에 수용되는 음극의 적어도 한쪽이 전극 기체와 당해 전극 기체 표면에 피복된 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질을 포함하여 이루어진 전극임을 특징으로 하는 전해조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 산성수 및/또는 알칼리수의 제조용으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 전해조.
- 이온교환막으로 구획된 양극실, 중간실 및 음극실의 3실을 갖는 전해조에 있어서, 양극실에 수용되는 양극과 음극실에 수용되는 음극의 적어도 한쪽이, 전극 기체와 당해 전극 기체 표면에 피복된 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질을 포함하여 이루어진 전극임을 특징으로 하는 전해조.
- 이온교환막으로 구획된 양극실과 음극실의 2실을 갖는 전해조에 있어서, 양극실에 수용되는 양극과 음극실에 수용되는 음극의 적어도 한쪽이, 밸브 금속으로이루어진 전극 기체, 당해 전극 기체 표면에 피복된 밸브 금속의 탄화물 및/또는 탄화규소를 포함하는 중간층 및 당해 중간층 표면에 피복된 전도성 다이아몬드 구조의 전극물질을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전해조.
- 제12항에 있어서, 부식성 전해질 및/또는 전해액을 사용하는 전해용으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 전해조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
