Claims (7)
- 자기기록 매체용 알루미늄기판의 제조방법에 있어서, 전해액으로서 1.5∼15중량%의 크롬산 용액을 사용하여 60볼트 이상의 전해전압의 정전압법에 의해 알루미늄 재료를 전기도금시키는 방법을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 자기 기록매체용 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 70∼100볼트의 정전압법에 의해서 전기도금되는 것을 특징으로하는 고밀도 자기 기록매체용 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄재료가 99.9% 이상의 순도를 지닌 고순도 알루미늄이거나, 기저금속으로 상기 고순도 알루미늄과 2∼6중량%의 마그네슘으로 구성된 알루미늄 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 자기 기록매체용 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해액중의 크롬산농도의 1/5이하의 양의 옥살산이 그 전해액에 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 자기기록매체용 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기도금시 크롬산의 농도의 1/20이하로 전해액중에서 알루미늄이온의 농도가 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도자기기록매체용 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기도금에 의해 형성된 양극산화피막의 두께가 10㎛∼18㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 자기 기록매체용 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해액으로서 1.5∼15중량%의 크롬산 용액을 사용하여 60볼트이상의 전해전압의 정전압법에 의해서 알루미늄 재료를 전기분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 자기 기록매체용 알루미늄 기판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
