Abstract

알루미늄 및 아연도금된 강철과 같은 금속 표면을 처리하기 위한 산성 수용액을 개시하고 있다. 상기 용액은 유기포스페이트 또는 포스포네이트와 염화물 및 불화물의 혼합물이다. 상기 처리 용액은 크롬 용액 대신에 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (24)

  1. a) 인산의 에폭시 에스테르인 유기포스페이트 및 포스폰산의 에폭시 에스테르인 유기포스포네이트로 이루어진 부류중에서 선택된 화합물 또는 화합물들의 혼합물; 및 b) 불화물 및 염화물중에서 선택된 할로겐화물 이온을 포함하는 금속 표면을 처리하기 위한 산성 수용액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 화합물이 2개 이상의 에폭시 작용기를 가진 1,2-에폭시 화합물인 용액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 화합물이 하나 이상의 에폭시 작용기를 가진 1,2-에폭시 화합물인 용액.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 화합물이 방향족 그룹을 함유하는 용액.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 화합물이 지환족 그룹을 함유하는 용액.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포스폰산이 구조식 -C-PO-(OH)2의 그룹 하나 이상을 가진 알파-카복시에틸렌 포스폰산인 용액.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화물이 불화물인 용액.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불화물 이온의 공급원이 불화규산인 용액.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불화물 이온의 공급원이 불화수소인 용액.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 2.0 내지 5.0 범위의 pH를 가진 용액.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기포스페이트 또는 유기포스포네이트를 아민으로 적어도 부분적으로 중화시키는 용액.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기포스페이트 또는 유기포스포네이트 대 불화물 또는 염화물 이온의 중량비가 10:1 내지 55:1 범위인 용액.
  13. 금속 표면을 제1항의 산성 수용액과 접촉시킴을 포함하는, 상기 금속 표면을 처리하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 금속 표면이 아연, 알루미늄 및 이들의 합금으로 이루어진 부류중에서 선택된 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 제14항에서 접촉된 표면을 수성 매질로 세정하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 수성 매질이 알칼리 토류 염의 수용액인 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토류 염이 알칼리 토류 질산염인 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리 토류 질산염이 질산 칼슘인 방법.
  19. 제13항에 있어서, 제1항의 용액과 접촉된 표면을 윤활유로 또한 처리하는 방법.
  20. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 표면이, 상기 처리 용액의 욕과 연속 방식으로 접촉하는 금속의 연속 스트립인 방법.
  21. 제13항의 방법에 의해 처리된 금속 기재.
  22. 제13항의 방법에 의해 처리된 비철 기재.
  23. 제20항의 방법에 의해 처리된 금속 기재.
