Abstract
Invenţia se referă la conservarea patrimoniului cultural, şi anume la un procedeu de repatinare a zonelor restaurate prin pasivarea superficială a pieselor vechi din bronz şi alamă descoperite în timpul săpăturilor arheologice sau a celor din colecţii muzeale, care au suferit intervenţii de stopare a efectelor evolutive de degradare prin coroziune.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul include aplicarea dispersiei alcoolice, ce conţine pentasulfură de stibiu, în calitate de agent pasivant, şi doi aditivi, ce constau din pentaoxid de fosfor sau acid ortofosforic(40%) şi tiouree, în raport de masă, alcool:Sb2S5:P4O10:SC(NH2)2 = 40:8:1:1 sau alcool:Sb2S5:H3PO4:SC(NH2)2=39:8:2:1, corespunzător. Dispersia alcoolică se obţine prin mojararea fină a componentelor solide, mai întâi separat, apoi în amestec, la adăugarea treptată a cantităţii dozate de alcool şi se aplică pe suprafaţa curată, la temperatura camerei, timp de 5...10 minute, apoi suprafaţa se tratează repetat peste 2..3 ore, cu spălarea ulterioară cu alcool şi uscarea la temperatura maximă de 35°C şi umiditatea relativă mai mică de 30%. Apoi se aplică suplimentar o peliculă de protecţie, conţinând soluţie alcoolică de propolis, topitură de ceară şi parafină sau răşină siliconică.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea unei patine de protecţie, uniforme ca grosime şi culoare, rezistente climatic, cu proprietăţi adezive bune.
