Abstract

PURPOSE: To impart superior lubricity to an aluminum alloy by containing metals that create lubricative sulfide to the aluminum alloy and anodizing the same thence subjecting the same to secondary electrolysis treatment with a metallic salt soln. of thio-acid.
CONSTITUTION: At least one or more kinds of about 0.1W20wt% if, for example, Mo, W, and about 8W25wt% if Pb, Sn are contained in an aluminum alloy, and the maximum thereof is kept ≤about 30wt%. Thence, it is anodized in an acidic bath, alkali bath or nonaqueous bath, whereby a porous film is formed on the aluminum.
