Claims (4)

  1. 금속표면을 인산아연수용액으로 처리하여 인산아연피막을 형성하는데 있어, 상기 인산아연 수용액이, 아연 이온 2g/ℓ를 초과하여 20g이하, 인산이온을 5g/ℓ이상 40g/ℓ이하, 실리코팅스텐산 및/또는 실리코팅스텐산염을 텅스텐환산으로 0.005g/ℓ 이상 20g/ℓ이하를 각각 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 인산이연 피막형성 방법.
  2. 인산 아연수용액이 니켈이온, 코발트이온, 칼슘이온, 마그테슘이온, 망간이온중 적어도 하나의 금속이온을 0.01g/ℓ이상 20g/ℓ이하 함유한 청구항 1기재의 금속표면의 인산아연 피막형성방법.
  3. 인산아연 수용액이 구연산, 유산, 주석산, 글리세로 인산 및 이들의 산의 염중 적어도 하나를 0.1g/ℓ이상 10g/ℓ이하 함유한 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2기재의 금속표면의 인산아연 피막형성방법.
  4. 인산아연수용액이 피막화성촉진제까지도 함유한 청구항 1부터 3까지의 어느항 기재의 금속표면의 인산아연피막형성방법.
