Claims (3)

  1. 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 페놀에테르에 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 1,1-디메칠프로필아민을 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 2-[2'-하이드록시-3'-(1,1-디메칠프로필아미노)-프로폭시]-β-페닐프로피오페논 및 이를 임의의유효산과 같이 용해하거나 산으로 전환시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, A는이고, 이때 B는 이탈기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물이 2-[2'-하이드록시-3'-(1,1-디메칠프로폭시아미노)-프로폭시]-β-페닐프로피오페논 염산염인 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2-[2'-하이드록시-3'-(1,1-디메칠프로폭시아미노)-프로폭시]-β-페닐프로피오페논 또는 이의 생리학적으로 받아들일수 있는 산부가염을 함유한 약학적제제를 제조하는 방법.
