- 일반식(Ⅰ)[식중, A는 보호기를 보유하여도 좋은 아미노산 잔기,R1은 수소, 저급 알킬, 아실, 알콕시카보닐, 또는 아릴킬옥시카보닐(할로겐. 알콕시, 니트로로서 치환되어있어도 좋다),R2는 히드록시, 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 아랄킬옥시 또는 아미노(저급알킬로서 치환되어있어도 좋다),R3은 수소, 저급 알킬, 아실, 또는 아랄킬,R4는 수소, 트실, 트리틸, 아랄킬 또는 아랄킬옥시카보닐(할로겐, 알콕시, 니트로로서 치환되어있어도 좋다),R5는 수소, 저급알킬,아실, 트실, 알콕시카보닐, 또는 아랄킬옥시카보닐(할로겐, 알콕시, 니트로로서 치환되어있어도 좋다을 표시한다.]로서 표시되는 펩티드화합물을 구성할 수 있는 부분 펩티드 또는 아미노산과 그 나머지부분을 축합시키며 필요에 따라 보호기를 이탈시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)로서 표시되는 신규펩티드 화합물의 제법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
