Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아민을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알킬설포닐 시약과 반응시킨 다음, 필요한 경우, 임의로 염화시켜 약학적으로 허용되는 산부가염을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.RSO2X (Ⅲ)상기식에서, R은 C1-C6알킬이고, R1은 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고, R2는 수소 또는 C1-C3알킬이고, R3는 수소 또는 C1-C8알킬이고, R4는 C1-C10알킬이고, n은 2,3,4 또는 5이고, x는 우수한 이탈그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸인 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 모두 수소인 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, n이 3인 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, RSO2NH-그룹이 파라 치환체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-[4-[4(에틸헵틸아미노)부틸]페닐]-메탄설폰아미드, 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
