Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 금속 수소화물을 이용하여 또는 전기 영동에 의해 환원시키고, 생성된 생성물을 임의로 무기 또는 유기산과의 약학적으로 허용되는 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 방향족 유도체 및 무기 또는 유기산과의 약학적으로 허용되는 염의 제조방법.[상기 식중, A1k는 1-10탄소원자의 알킬렌기이고, R1은 수소 또는 1-6탄소원자의 알킬이고, R2및 R3은 비슷하거나 다르며, 각각 3-6탄소원자의 시클로알킬, 또는 페닐 또는 메틸페닐기에 의해 치환된 또는 비치환된 1-6 탄소원자의 직쇄 또는측쇄알킬이고 또는 R2및 R3이 그들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 피롤리디노, 피페리디노, 아제피노, 헥사메틸렌이미노, 4-메틸피페리디노, 4-페닐피페리디노, 1, 2, 3, 4-테트라히드로-2-이소퀴놀릴, 4-벤질-피페리디노를 형성하고, R4는 수소, 할로겐, 메틸 또는 페닐이고, R5는 수소, 할로겐 또는 메틸이고, 또는 R4및 R5가 그들이 결합된 벤젠고리와 함께 1-나프틸 또는 -나프틸기를 형성하고, R은 수소 또는 알킬기이다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, 환원제가 소듐비스(2-메톡시에톡시)알루미늄 히드라이드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 식중 R1이 수소이고, R2및 R3이 함께 4-벤질피페리디노를 형성하고, A1k가 -(CH2)2- 이고, R4및 R5가 그들이 결합된 벤질 고리와 함께 나프틸-1-기를 형성하는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 수소이고, R2및 R3이 메틸이고, R4및 R5가 그들이 결합된 벤질 고리와 함께 나프틸-1기를 형성하고, A1k가 --(CH2)6- 기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1이 수소이고, R2및 R3이 에틸이고, R4및 R5가 그들이 결합된 벤질고리와 함께 나프틸-1기를 형성하고 A1k가 -(CH2)6- 기를 나타내는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 식중 R2및 R3이 함께 4-벤질피페리디노기를 형성하고, R4및 R5가 클로로기를 나타내고, A1k가 -(CH2)2- 기이고 R1이 수소인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 식중 R2및 R3이 함께 4-벤질피페리디노기를 형성하고, R5가 수소이고, R4가 페닐기이고, R1이 수소이고 A1k가 -(CH2)2- 기인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
