Claims (12)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 4―할로―2―페닐퀴놀린을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 이소니페코타미드와 반응시키거나 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅴ)의 아민과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 4―아미노―2―페닐퀴놀린을 제조하는 방법.
  2. NHR1R2(Ⅴ)
  3. 상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소 또는 저급알킬이고; R3및 R4는 각각 수소, 할로겐 또는 저급알킬이나, 단, R3및 R4가 모두 수소일 수는 없고, X는 할로겐이고; Y는 할로겐, 하이드록시 또는 저급알콕시이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸인 방법.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, R3가 염소, 브롬, 메틸 또는 에틸인 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 1―〔2―(4―클로로페닐)―4―퀴놀리닐〕―N―에틸―4―피페리딘카복스아미드를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 1―〔2―(4―클로로페닐)―6―플루오로―4―퀴놀리닐〕―4―피페리딘카복스아미드를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 1―〔2―(4―클로로페닐)―4―퀴놀리닐〕―N―에틸―4―피페리딘카복스아미드를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 1―〔2―(4―클로로페닐)―4―퀴놀리닐〕―4―피페리딘카복스아미드를 제조하는 방법.
