Claims (1)

  1. 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는 그 유도체와 반응시켜서 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그 약학적으로 사용 가능한 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 알킬, 알콕시 또는 알카노일아미노; R2는 저급알킬, 저급알칸설포닐 또는 아렌설포닐; R3,R4및 R5는 각각 저급알킬; n은 0 또는 1; A는 -NHCO-기로 임의로 차단될 수도 있는 저급알킬렌; 및 Q는 옥사이도 또는 저급알콕시이다.
    단, R1이 알콕시이고, R2가 저급알킬인 때, n은 0 또는 A는 -NHCO-기로 차단된 저급알킬렌이고, 또는 Q는 저급알콕시이다.
