Claims (1)
- 다음 일반식(a)의 화합물을 다음 일반식(b)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요하면 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 약학적으로 무독한 산과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 R1및 R4는 각각 페닐, 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로로 단일 치환된 페닐, 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 또는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알콕시, 벤질, 나프틸, 피리딜, 퀴놀릴, 푸릴, 티에닐 및 피리미디닐중 선택하고; Y는또는 -NR2R3인데 n 및 m은 각각 1,2 또는 3이며 단, n 및 m의 합계는 3내지 5이어야 하며, Z는 CH2,O,S,SO,SO2,NH 또는 NCH3이며; R2및 R3는 각각 탄소수 1내지 4의 n-알킬, 알콕시에틸(알콕시그룹의 탄소수는 1내지 3), 페닐 및 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로 단일 치환된 페닐, 탄소수 1내지 3의 알킬 또는 탄소수 1내지 3의 알콕시 가운데 선택되며, X는 할로이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
