Claims (1)
- AR′와 R가 테트라하이드로나프틸을 형성할 때, 하이드록시-4-2H-1-벤조티오피란-2-온을 다음 구조식(Ⅲ)과 반응시키거나 또는 RR1이 카르보닐그룹일때, 하이드록시-4-2H-1-벤조티오피란-2-온을 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)와 반응시키거나 또는 R=H이고 R1=OH일때 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)화합물을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시-4-2H-1-벤조티오피란-2-온 유도체의 제조방법.상기식에서, R1이 수소일때, R과 AR′는 테트라하이드로 나프틸환을 형성할 수 있으며; R과 R1은 카르보닐그룹을 형성할 수 있으며; R이 수소일 때, R1은 하이드록시그룹일 수 있으며; AR은비페닐 또는 페녹시페닐그룹 또는 할로겐에 의해 치환된 페녹시페닐이며, AR′는 페닐그룹 또는 티엔일그룹이거나 또는 R1이 수소일때 R과 함께 테트라하이드로나프틸환을 형성할 수 있다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
