Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea 2-/2'-hidroxi-3'(1,1'-dimetil-propilamino)-propoxi/-beta-fenilpropiofenonei cu formula I: (vezi formula) si anume un fenoleter cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care A reprezinta grupa -CH-CH2-sau (vezi formula) unde B este un atom de halogen reactioneaza cu 1,1-dimetilpropilamina cu formula III: (vezi formula) la o temperatura cuprinsa între 10...120 degree C si la presiune atmosferica, de preferinta în prezenta unui solvent inert ales dintre alcanoli inferiori, eteri dialchilici saturati sau eteri ciclici cu tetrahidrofuran sau dioxan, hidrocarburi aromatice ca benzen, alchilbenzeni, hidrocarburi alifatice ca hexan, heptan, octan sau dimetilsulfoxid sau în prezenta apei sau a amestecurilor de solventi mentionati, dupa care compusul cu formula I obtinut eventual dizolvat într-un acid optic activ si/sau transformat cu un acid în sarea de aditie cu acizi.
