Claims (4)
- 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)의 라세미화합물을 이의 분리된(광학적) 에난티오머로 분할하고; 이러한 에난티오머중의 하나를 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 S-(좌회전성(유도체로 전환시키고; 위의 S-유도체를 N-벤질아닐린 또는 이의 알칼리금속 유도체와 함께 축합반응시킨 다음; 생성된 R-이성체를 약제학적으로 무독한 이의산부가염으로 임의로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 R-(우회전성)이성체인 새로운 n-프로판올 아민유도체 및 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법:위의 식(Ⅲ)에서, LG는 이탈기를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라세미 알코올을 분할하고; 이때 생성된 S-알코올을 이에 상응하는 S-술포네이트로 전환시키고; 위의 S-술포네이트를 N-벤질아닐린 또는 이의 알칼리금속 유도체와 함께 축합반응시킨 다음; 생성된 R-이성체를 약제학적으로 무독한 이의 산부가염으로 임의 로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알코올의 분할을 L-디벤조일타타르산을 이용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 활성성분으로서 상응하는 S-(좌회전성)이성체가 거의 없는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 R-(우회전성)이성체 또는 이의 약제학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 함유한 약제학적 조성물.(Ⅰ)※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
