Claims (7)
- (a) 트랜스-dI-I/n-프로필-6-옥소데카하이드로퀴놀린 라세미체 용액을 적어도 0.5당량의 광학 적 활성 디-p-톨루오일타타르산을 함유하는 용액과 접촉 반응시키고; (b)생성된 광학적 활성 트랜스-1-n-프로필-6-옥소데카히이드로퀴놀린 이성체와 광학적 활성 dI-n-톨루오일타타르산과의 염을 분리 하며; (e) 생성된 염을 염기로 처리하고; (d) 이로부터 광학적 활성트랜스-1-n-프로필-6-옥소데카이드로퀴놀린 이성체를 분리하고; (e) 임의로는 이와같이 수득한 유지염기를 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 트랜스-dI-1-n-프로필-6-옥소데카하이드로퀴놀린으로부터 구조식(IIIa) 또는 (IIIb)의 광학적 이성체 및 그의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 메탄올을 용매로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 용매가 메탄을 /사세토니트릴 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 용매가 메탄을/메틸이소부틸케톤 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1 또는 3항에 있어서 용매가 1:4 내지 1:10의 메탄올 : 아세토니트릴 용매 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 4aR,8aR-I-n-프로필-6-옥소데카하이드로퀴놀린의 염이(-)-디-p-톨루오일 타타르산에 의해 생성된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 4aS, 8aS-1-n-프로필-6-옥소데카하이드로 퀴놀린의 염이(+)-디-p-톨루오일타타르산에 의해 생성된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
