- 카보스티릴핵의 3-및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나;카보스티릴핵의 3- 및 4-위치 사이의 결합이 단일 결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰe)화합물을 할로겐화시키거나;상기 일반식(Ⅰe) 화합물을 니트로실화시키거나;카보스티릴핵의 3- 및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰg)의 화합물을 환원시키거나;카보스티릴핵의 3- 및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰi)의 화합물을 환원시키거나;상기 일반식(Ⅰi)의 화합물을 환원시키거나;상기 일반식(Ⅰi) 화합물을 일반식(XX)화합물과 반응시키거나;카보스틸핵의 3- 및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰe)의 화합물을 일반식(ⅩⅩⅠ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나;카보스틸핵의 3- 및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰm)의 화합물을 일반식(ⅩⅩⅡ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나;카보스틸핵의 3- 및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰn)의 화합물을 일반식(ⅩⅩⅢ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나;카보스틸핵의 3- 및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰo)의 화합물을 가수 분해시키거나;카보스틸핵의 3- 및 4-위치사이의 결합이 단일결합 또는 이중결합인 일반식(Ⅰp)의 화합물을 가수 분해시키거나;또는 상기 단계의 어느 한단계에 따른 생성물을 약학적으로 무독한 염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 카보스티릴핵의 3- 및 4위치사이의 결합이 단일 결합 또는 이중결합이며, 카보스티릴핵에 부착된하기 일반식(Ⅰa)의 이미다조 피리딜그룹의 위치가 5- 또는 6-위치(단, 이미다조피리딜그룹이 카보스티릴 핵의 5- 위치에 부착되어 있을 경우 R2는 수소, 저급알킬그룹 또는 할로겐원자이어서는 안된다)인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 카보스티릴화합물 또는 약학적으로 무독한 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서R1은 수소원자, 저급알킬그룹, 저급알케닐그룹, 저급알킬닐그룹, 또는 페닐 저급알킬그룹을 나타내며,R2는 수소원자 저급알킬그룹, 저급알콕시그룹, 할로겐원자 또는 하이드록시그룹을 나타내며,R3은 수소원자, 저급알킬그룹, 할로겐원자, 니트로소그룹, 저급알킬그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 아미노그룹, 저급 알카노일 아미노그룹, N,N-디-저급알킬아미노메틸그룹, 카바모일메틸그룹, 시아노메틸그룹, 또는 카복시메틸 그룹을 나타내며,R4는 R5은 같거나 또는 다르며, 각각, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 저급알킬그룹, 하이드록시그룹, 저급알킬시그룹 또는 니트로그룹을 나타내며,R6은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬그룹을 나타내며,R14및 R15은 같거나 또는 다르며, 각각 저급알킬그룹을 나타내며,R16은 저급알킬 그룹을 나타내며,X1은 수소원자를 나타내며,X2은 할로겐원자를 나타내며,M은 알카리금속을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
