Claims (1)

  1. 다음 구조식(III)의 화합물이나 이들의 염을 산화제와 반응시켜 다음 구조식(a)의 화합물로의 산화반응이 완전히 이루어질때까지 산화시키고 필요하면 카복시 보호그룹을 탈리시키고 원하면 R1이 수소인 구조식(I)의 화합물을 염기와 반응시켜서 구조식(I)의 페닐-1,1디옥사이드나 이들의 약학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 구조식(I)에서
    (R1은 수소나 생체내에서 쉽게 가수분해 될 수 있는 에스테르 형성잔기이다)
    (상기 구조식(III)에서 R3은 수소, 생체내에서 용이하게 가수분해될 수 있는 에스테르 형성잔기 또는 통상의 페니실린카복시 보호그룹이다)
    (상기 구조식(a)에서 R3은 전술한 바와같다)
