Claims (12)
- 합성 수지로 구성되어 있는 코어층과, 상기 코어층의 적어도 한쪽 면에 형성되어 있고, 축합 반응형 박리성 바인더 및 도전성 고분자를 함유하는 도전성 이형층을 가지는, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 축합 반응형 박리성 바인더가, 축합 반응에 의해 형성된 가교 구조를 가지는, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 축합 반응형 박리성 바인더가, 아미노 알키드 수지인, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 아미노 알키드 수지가, 실리콘 변성된 아미노 알키드 수지인, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 도전성 고분자가, 폴리피롤인, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 도전성 이형층에서의 도전성 고분자와 축합 반응형 박리성 바인더의 질량비(도전성 고분자/축합 반응형 박리성 바인더)가, 1/4∼1/1인, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 코어층의 표면의 최대 산 높이(Rp)가 200nm 이하인, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 합성 수지가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트인, 적층 필름.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 코어층의 표면이 실질적으로 필러를 포함하지 않는, 적층 필름.
- 축합 반응형 박리성 바인더의 전구체 및 도전성 고분자를 함유하는 도전성 이형층 형성용 도포액을 여과한 후에, 합성 수지로 구성되어 있는 코어층의 적어도 한쪽 면에 도포, 건조시키고, 축합 반응형 박리성 바인더의 전구체를 축합 반응하여 경화시키는 청구항 1에 기재된 적층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 필름이 감겨 있는 롤로부터 적층 필름을 인출하는 공정과,상기 적층 필름의 표면에 그린 시트를 형성하는 공정과,상기 적층 필름의 표면으로부터 상기 그린 시트를 벗겨 적층하여 적층체를 얻는 공정과,상기 적층체를 소성하는 공정을 가지는, 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 그린 시트의 표면에 전극 패턴층을 형성하는 공정을 더 가지는, 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 제조 방법.
