Claims (8)
- 탄소수 8 내지 30의 지방족기를 갖는 중량 평균 분자량 1만 내지 100만의 고분자 화합물을 주성분으로 하는 이형제(A)와, 구성 단위로서 올레핀 모노머 및/또는 극성 모노머를 포함하는 열가소성 고분자(B)를 함유하고, 상기 이형제(A)의 함유 비율이 열가소성 고분자(B) 100 중량부당 0.1 내지 20 중량부인 이형성 수지 조성물로서,상기 이형제(A)가, 열중량 분석에 의한 2% 중량 감소 온도가 260℃ 이상 275℃ 미만의 영역에 있으면서, 5% 중량 감소 온도가 275℃ 이상 330℃ 미만의 영역에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형제(A)의 주성분으로서의 고분자 화합물이, 하기 화학식 [1]로 표시되는 지방족 이소시아네이트와 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체를 반응시켜 얻어지는 우레탄 화합물인 이형성 수지 조성물.화학식 [1]R-NCO(식중, R은 탄소수 8 내지 30의 직쇄 또는 분기의 지방족기를 나타내고, 상기 지방족 이소시아네이트는 R이 다른 2종 이상의 혼합물이어도 좋다.)
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이형제(A)에 포함되는, 하기 화학식 [2]로 표시되는 화합물 및 하기 화학식 [3]으로 표시되는 화합물의 합계 함량이 0.01 중량% 이상 1 중량% 미만인 이형성 수지 조성물.화학식 [2]R-NHCO-NH-R화학식 [3]R-N(CO-NH-R)2(식중, R은 탄소수 8 내지 30의 직쇄 또는 분기의 지방족기를 나타내고, 1분자 내에 복수의 R을 갖는 경우는 이들 R은 동일하여도 좋고 달라도 좋다. 또한 R이 다른 2종 이상의 혼합물이어도 좋다.)
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 1만 내지 50만이면서, 에틸렌 구조 단위의 함유량이 20 내지 60 몰%인 이형성 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이형제(A)중의 이소시아네이트 부가량이 20 내지 50 몰%인 이형성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 고분자(B)가 밀도 0.88 내지 0.95 g/cc이면서, 멜트 인덱스가 0.1 내지 100 g/10 분인 이형성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재한 이형성 수지 조성물을 압출 성형하여 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제7항에 기재한 성형체와, 기재 시트 및/또는 점착 시트를 포함하는 적층체.
