- 하이브리드차량에 있어서,내연기관;상기 내연기관으로부터 배기되는 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 촉매를 포함하는 정화유닛;여하한의 차축인 제1차축 및 상기 내연기관의 출력축에 연결되고, 전력 및 동력의 입출력에 의해 상기 제1차축 및 상기 출력축과 동력을 입출력할 수 있는 전력동력입출력기구;상기 제1차축 또는 상기 제1차축과 상이한 여하한의 차축인 제2차축에 동력을 입출력할 수 있는 전동기;상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기와 전력을 주고 받을 수 있는 축전유닛;상기 축전유닛의 상태를 토대로 상기 내연기관으로의 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 있는 지의 여부를 판정하는 연료공급정지판정모듈;적어도 주행에 필요한 요구구동력의 설정가능범위를 상이한 방식으로 규정하는 복수의 운전 조건 가운데 여하한의 것을 실행용 운전 조건으로 설정하고, 사전설정된 조건 하에 임의의 운전 조건을 운전자가 선택하도록 하는 운전조건설정모듈;설정된 상기 실행용 운전 조건에 따라 요구구동력을 설정하는 요구구동력설 정모듈; 및상기 운전조건설정모듈이 상기 임의의 운전 조건의 선택을 허용하는 상태에서 감속요구가 행해지고, 상기 연료공급정지판정모듈이 상기 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 없는 것으로 판정하는 경우, 설정된 상기 요구구동력에 기초한 구동력이 상기 연료공급의 정지에 의해 출력되도록, 상기 내연기관, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기를 제어하고, 상기 감속요구가 행해져, 상기 연료공급정지판정모듈이 상기 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 있는 것으로 판정하는 경우에는, 상기 내연기관이 사전설정된 회전수로 실질적인 자립운전을 행하고, 설정된 상기 요구구동력에 기초한 구동력이 출력되도록, 상기 내연기관, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 제어유닛을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 감속요구는, 액셀러레이터조작상태가 액셀러레이터-오프상태인 것에 의한 감속요구 및 상기 액셀러레이터조작상태가 액셀러레이터-온상태로 유지되면서 액셀러레이터개방도가 감소되는 것으로 인한 감속요구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연료공급정지판정모듈은, 상기 축전유닛에 남은 충전량이 사전설정된 상한값 이하일 때, 또는 상기 축전유닛을 충전하도록 허용되는 전력이면서 상기 축전유닛의 상태를 토대로 설정되는 충전허용전력이 사전설정된 충전한계값 이하일 때, 상기 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 있는 것으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 상한값 및 상기 충전한계값은, 감속요구 시의 요구구동력이 상기 연료공급의 정지없이 상기 내연기관의 실질적인 자립운전으로 얻어질 때, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기에 의해 입출력되는 전력을 토대로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운전조건설정모듈은 운전자의 시프트조작에 따른 복수의 시프트위치 가운데 실행용 시프트위치를 설정하는 시프트설정모듈이고, 상기 복수의 운전 조건은 상기 복수의 시프트위치에 대응하며, 상기 복수의 시프트위치는 운전자가 임의의 시프트위치를 설정하도록 하는 순차적인 시프트위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 순차적인 시프트위치가 선택될 때 운전자가 선택하도록 허용되는 운전 조건은 상기 요구구동력의 설정가능범위 및 상기 요구구동력에 대응하는 상기 내연기관의 목표회전수를 결정하기 위한 운전포인트제약을 규정하고,상기 제어유닛은, 상기 감속요구가 행해져 상기 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 없는 것으로 상기 연료공급정지판정모듈이 판정할 때, 상기 운전포인트제약을 토대로 설정된 목표회전수로 상기 내연기관이 운전되고, 상기 연료공급의 정지에 의하여 설정된 상기 요구구동력에 기초한 구동력이 출력되도록, 상기 내연기관, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전력동력입출력기구는 상기 제1차축, 상기 내연기관의 출력축 및 회전가능한 제3축에 연결되되, 3개의 축 가운데 여하한의 2개의 축에 입출력되는 동력을 토대로 결정되는 동력을 잔여 축에 입출력하는 3축식동력입출력모듈 및 상기 제3축에 동력을 입출력할 수 있는 발전기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량.
- 내연기관;상기 내연기관으로부터 배기되는 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 촉매를 포함하는 정화유닛;여하한의 차축인 제1차축 및 상기 내연기관의 출력축에 연결되고, 전력 및 동력의 입출력에 의해 상기 제1차축 및 상기 출력축과 동력을 입출력할 수 있는 전력동력입출력기구;상기 제1차축 또는 상기 제1차축과 상이한 여하한의 차축인 제2차축에 동력을 입출력할 수 있는 전동기;상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기와 전력을 주고 받을 수 있는 축전유닛; 및적어도 주행에 필요한 요구구동력의 범위를 결정하기 위한 구동력설정제약을 상이한 방식으로 규정하는 복수의 운전 조건 가운데 여하한의 것을 실행용 운전 조건으로 설정하고, 사전설정된 조건 하에 임의의 운전 조건을 운전자가 선택하도록 하는 운전조건설정모듈을 포함하는 하이브리드차량의 제어방법에 있어서,(a) 상기 운전조건설정모듈이 상기 임의의 운전 조건의 선택을 허용하는 상태에서 감속요구가 행해지고, 상기 내연기관으로의 연료공급의 정지가 상기 축전유닛의 상태로부터 금지될 수 없는 경우, 설정된 상기 실행용 운전 조건에 따라 설정된 요구구동력에 기초한 구동력이 상기 내연기관으로의 연료공급의 정지에 의해 출력되도록, 상기 내연기관, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기를 제어하고, 상기 감속요구가 행해져, 상기 축전유닛의 상태로부터 상기 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 있는 경우에는, 상기 내연기관이 사전설정된 회전수로 실질적인 자립운전을 행하고, 설정된 상기 실행용 운전 조건에 따라 설정된 요구구동력에 기초한 구동력이 출력되도록, 상기 내연기관, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 제어방 법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 감속요구는, 액셀러레이터조작상태가 액셀러레이터-오프상태인 것에 의한 감속요구 및 상기 액셀러레이터조작상태가 액셀러레이터-온상태로 유지되면서 액셀러레이터개방도가 감소되는 것으로 인한 감속요구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제어방법은,(b) 상기 내연기관으로의 연료공급의 정지가 상기 축전유닛의 상태를 토대로 금지될 수 있는 지의 여부를 판정하는 단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 단계 (b)는, 상기 축전유닛에 남은 충전량이 사전설정된 상한값 이하일 때, 또는 상기 축전유닛을 충전하도록 허용되는 전력이면서 상기 축전유닛의 상태를 토대로 설정되는 충전허용전력이 사전설정된 충전한계값 이하일 때, 상기 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 있는 것으로 판정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 제어방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 상한값 및 상기 충전한계값은, 감속요구 시의 요구구동력이 상기 연료 공급의 정지없이 상기 내연기관의 실질적인 자립운전으로 얻어질 때, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기에 의해 입출력되는 전력을 토대로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 운전조건설정모듈은 운전자의 시프트조작에 따른 복수의 시프트위치 가운데 실행용 시프트위치를 설정하는 시프트설정모듈이고, 상기 복수의 운전 조건은 상기 복수의 시프트위치에 대응하며, 상기 복수의 시프트위치는 운전자가 임의의 시프트위치를 설정하도록 하는 순차적인 시프트위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 제어방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 순차적인 시프트위치가 선택될 때 운전자가 선택하도록 허용되는 운전조건은 상기 요구구동력의 설정가능범위 및 상기 요구구동력에 대응하는 상기 내연기관의 목표회전수를 결정하기 위한 운전포인트제약을 규정하고,상기 단계 (a)는, 상기 감속요구가 행해져 상기 연료공급의 정지가 금지될 수 없는 것으로 상기 연료공급정지판정모듈이 판정할 때, 상기 운전포인트제약을 토대로 설정된 목표회전수로 상기 내연기관이 운전되고, 상기 연료공급의 정지에 의하여 상기 설정된 요구구동력에 기초한 구동력이 출력되도록, 상기 내연기관, 상기 전력동력입출력기구 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차량의 제어방법.
