Claims (5)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンから排出される燃焼排ガスを浄化する排ガス浄化触媒と、前記エンジンの出力側に配置された自動変速機と、前記エンジンから前記自動変速機に入力されるトルクを増減する発電機能のある第1モータとを備えたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンおよび前記第1モータならびに前記自動変速機を制御するコントローラを有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記自動変速機で現在設定されている変速比よりも小さい変速比を設定するアップシフトを行う場合に、
前記エンジンの運転状態を変更できるか否かを判断し、
前記エンジンの運転状態を変更できない禁止条件が成立している場合には、前記自動変速機の入力軸のトルクを低下させるように作用する負トルクを前記第1モータで出力することによって、前記アップシフトに伴って低下させるべき前記自動変速機の入力軸のトルクを低下させ、
前記禁止条件が成立せずに前記エンジンの運転状態を変更できる場合には、前記エンジンが出力するエンジントルクを低下させることによって、前記アップシフトに伴って低下させるべき前記自動変速機の入力軸のトルクを低下させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記禁止条件は、
前記エンジンを自己診断する要求があることと、
前記排ガス浄化触媒が予め定めた状態にないことと、
前記エンジントルクを維持する要求があることとのうちの少なくともいずれか一つであることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記排ガス浄化触媒は、酸素を吸蔵する能力のある三元排ガス浄化触媒であって、
前記排ガス浄化触媒の前記予め定めた状態とは、前記排ガス浄化触媒の温度が予め定めた上限温度よりも低いことと、前記エンジンの点火時期を遅角する要求があることと、前記エンジンに対する燃料の供給を停止する要求があることとのうちの少なくともいずれか一つである
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンの運転状態の変更は、前記エンジンの点火時期を遅角することと、前記エンジンに対する燃料の供給を停止することとのうち、いずれか一方によって行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、
前記エンジンからトルクが伝達される第1駆動輪と、
前記エンジンからトルクが伝達されない第2駆動輪と、
前記第2駆動輪にトルク伝達可能に連結された発電機能のある第2モータとを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンの運転状態を変更できない前記禁止条件が成立していることにより、前記第1モータで前記負トルクを出力することによって前記アップシフトのために、前記自動変速機の入力軸のトルクを低下させる場合に、前記第1モータで前記負トルクを出力することによって発電した電力を前記第2モータに供給して駆動することにより前記電力を消費するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
