Claims (20)
- 셀 어레이 구조체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상면에 복수의 상호 분리된 오목부가 형성되는 기재 상에, 소성변형을 일으킬 수 있는 변형 가능한 층이 상기 복수의 오목부 각각에 상호 격리된 공간을 형성하도록 상기 변형 가능한 층을 적층하는 제 1 단계와,상기 변형 가능한 층에 소성변형을 일으켜 상기 복수의 오목부 각각에 상기 공간을 확장시킴으로써, 상기 복수의 오목부에 대응하여 복수의 원주형 셀이 각각 형성되게 하는 제 2 단계를 포함하는 셀 어레이 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 단계는 상기 기재 상에 적층된 상기 변형 가능한 층 외부의 공간의 압력을 낮추는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 변형 가능한 층의 상기 소성변형은 상기 복수의 오목부 내의 가스 압력에 의해 유도되는 것인 셀 어레이 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 셀은 상기 기재의 상기 상면에 전체적으로 수직한 방향으로 확장되는 것인 셀 어레이 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 미세한 복합 재료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상면에 복수의 상호 분리된 오목부가 형성되는 기재 상에, 소성변형을 일으킬 수 있는 변형 가능한 층이 상기 복수의 오목부 각각에 상호 격리된 공간을 형성하도록 상기 변형 가능한 층을 적층하는 제 1 단계,상기 변형 가능한 층에 소성변형을 일으켜 상기 복수의 오목부 각각에 상기 공간을 확장시킴으로써, 상기 복수의 오목부에 대응하여 복수의 원주형 셀이 각각 형성되게 하는 제 2 단계와,상기 각 원주형 셀에 복수의 원주형 구성요소를 형성하는 제 3 단계를 포함하는 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계는,상기 변형 가능한 층을 고형화하여 상기 복수의 원주형 셀이 형성된 상태로 셀 벽을 형성하는 제 1 보조 단계와,상기 셀 벽이 상기 기재에 부착되는 상태로 상기 원주형 구성요소의 재료를 상기 복수의 셀에 주입하는 제 2 보조 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계는,상기 변형 가능한 층을 고형화하여 상기 복수의 원주형 셀이 형성된 상태로 셀 벽을 형성하는 제 1 보조 단계와,상기 셀 벽에 제 1 재료를 부착시켜 상기 셀 벽을 덮는 상기 제 1 재료의 층을 형성하는 제 2 보조 단계와,상기 셀 벽이 상기 제 1 재료로 덮인 후에 상기 원주형 구성요소의 제 2 재료를 상기 셀에 주입하는 제 3 보조 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 재료는 상기 셀 벽에 선택적으로 부착되는 재료이며, 상기 제 3 보조 단계는 상기 제 2 재료가 상기 복수의 셀 각각의 상기 오목부에서 상기 기재와 직접 접촉하도록 수행되는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계는,상기 변형 가능한 층을 고형화하여 상기 복수의 원주형 셀이 형성된 상태로 셀 벽을 형성하는 제 1 보조 단계와,상기 원주형 구성요소의 재료를 제 1 재료로서 상기 셀에 주입하는 제 2 보조 단계와,상기 제 1 재료를 고형화하여 상기 복수의 셀 각각에 상기 원주형 구성요소를 형성하는 단계와,상기 원주형 구성요소에서 상기 셀 벽을 선택적으로 제거하는 단계와,상기 복수의 원주형 구성요소 사이에 형성된 갭에 제 2 재료를 충전하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 변형 가능한 층은 졸-겔 전이를 일으키는 재료를 포함하고, 상기 변형 가능한 층을 고형화하는 상기 제 1 보조 단계는 상기 변형 가능한 층에서 졸 상태로부터 겔 상태로의 전이를 일으키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 변형 가능한 층은 계면 활성제가 첨가된 젤라틴 용액을 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 재료는 불투명한 물질을 함유하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 변형 가능한 층은 UV 경화 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 변형 가능한 층은 불투명한 물질을 함유하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계는,상기 셀을 상기 원주형 구성요소의 재료로 충전하는 단계와,상기 원주형 구성요소의 상기 재료에 압력을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계는,상기 셀을 상기 원주형 구성요소의 재료로 충전하는 단계와,상기 원주형 구성요소의 상기 재료에 원심력을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단계는,상기 기재로부터 이격된 측에서 상기 변형 가능한 층에 슬라브(slab)를 부착하는 단계와,상기 슬라브 이면의 영역을 배기시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라브는 자외선 투과성 유리 슬라브를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라브는 상기 기재 상의 상기 오목부의 피치보다 더 작은 피치로 형성된 관통 구멍을 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단계는, 상기 슬라브를 통하여 상기 영역을 환기시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 기재 상의 상기 오목부는 상기 기재의 상기 상면에 개구를 형성하고, 상기 오목부 내부의 벽 양단의 폭 사이즈는 상기 개구 폭보다 더 큰 것인 미세한 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
