Abstract

PURPOSE: A composition for trial molding filler, having improved working accuracy and transfer property with a reduced trial molding time and little energy loss, and comprising a diisocyanate and a polyol as main constituents and a catalyst and a blowing agent.
CONSTITUTION: A composition comprising (A) a diisocyanate, preferably MDI etc. expressed by formula I, and (B) a polyol, preferably a polyether-polyol expressed by formula II (R and R' are alkyls) as main constituents, (C) a catalyst, e.g. a tertiary amine, and (D) a blowing agent, e.g. Flon. The weight ratio of (A):(B): (C):(D) is preferably 60W11:90W110:0.2W0.4:8W11. The viscosities of the constituents (A) and (B) are preferably reduced (to 1W2,000cps) for facilitating the flow of the constituents (A) and (B) into the mold even at a low pressure.
EFFECT: The viscosity of the mixture liquid, reaction time and strength of the molded article can be changed by changing the type and amount of the constituent (B).
