CONSTITUTION: Polyol, methylene polyisocynate, urethanated catalyst such as N- methy-dichlorohexyl amine, N-ethyl molpholine, and boric acid are compounded in molding sand. This mixture is kneaded with a kneader, is charged into a molding flask and is molded. This mold is excellent in hot strength and, for example, even if molten metal is poured therein, the back surface thereof will not deform at all.
