Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA PREENCHIMENTO E REFORçO DE PAINéIS SANDUìCHE DO TIPO FAVO DE MEL"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para rápido e eficiente preenchimento de vazios de formas tanto simples quanto complexas que podem ser executados à temperatura ambiente. Em particular, a presente invenção consiste no uso de pós de fluxo livre termicamente expansíveis e curados que são despejados nos vazios e então aquecidos fazendo o pó se expandir, aglutinar e curar e assim enchendo total ou parcialmente o espaço vazio conforme requerido. O processo de acordo com a presente invenção é particularmente adequado para encher os espaços dentro, em volta e entre os favos ou núcleos de espuma pré-formada conforme necessário para produzir um favo total ou parcialmente preenchido ou um núcleo de espuma ou qualquer outro material usado na construção de painéis sanduíche. Este processo é também um método simples e eficiente para encher moldes adequados para uso na produção de artefatos celulares. Os moldes ou núcleos de favos cheios ou parcialmente cheios podem então ser curados para produzir painéis sanduíche aglutinados ou artefatos celulares moldados. Na construção de painéis sanduíche o material núcleo pode ser aglutinado por uma ou mais películas de superfície e o painel aglutinado curado pode ser cortado para fornecer um painel tendo bordas pré-seladas.
