Claims (9)
- 기포를 갖는 무기 피복층이 무기 섬유 성형체 표면의 적어도 일부에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 섬유체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 피복층은 상기 무기 섬유 성형체의 외형상을 이루는 면 중 한면의 전체면에 형성되어 있는 무기 섬유체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 피복층은 주로 비정질 물질을 포함하는 무기 섬유체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 물질은 유리, 다이아몬드 라이크 카본, 실리콘 산화막, 하프늄 산화막, 칼코게나이드계 다원 합금, 단백석질로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 비정질 물질인 무기 섬유체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 피복층은 탄화물 결정, 질화물 결정, 산화물 결정 및 탄소 결정으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 결정질 물질을 함유하는 무기 섬유체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기포의 적어도 일부는 폐기공인 무기 섬유 체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 피복층에서의 노출면측으로부터 상기 무기 섬유 성형체측으로의 투수율은 1 % 이하인 무기 섬유체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기포의 직경은 상기 무기 피복층의 두께의 90 % 이하인 무기 섬유체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 피복층은 실리카를 30 중량% 이상 함유하며, 열 팽창 계수가 6 ppm 이하인 무기 섬유체.
